Have you ever asked yourself if women and men have different fitness needs?
We hear it all the time: “I can’t eat carbs because they will make me fat,” “I don’t want to look manly,” “I don’t want to build muscles or I’ll look bulky.” You may not be saying these things now, but our guess is at some point you have. Despite all of the science saying otherwise, there are still assumptions in the fitness community that men and women’s fitness are entirely different things. If men do cardio, they’ll lose all their gains. If women lift weights, they’ll get huge…we talk about some of these concerns in our latest vlog below!
