Do you ever look at particular athletes and say to yourself, “for as fit as they are, they really don’t have very toned abs?” Or on the contrary, is there someone you know who has ripped abs, but can’t maintain a plank or a hollow body for more than half a minute? If you fall into one of these categories, you aren’t alone! A lot of people assume that people with visible abs must have a strong core or alternatively don’t if they don’t have abs. Which leads us to ask, do visible abs equal a strong core?
